ITC Events for Thursday, October 8
Thursday is a very crowded day, with a techical session and a keynote address before lunch, and a technical session in the afternoon. One highlight of the day is the Keynote address by Dr. William Bottoms, "Can We Ensure Reliability in the Era of Heterogeneous Integration?". A well-known dignitary of the ATE industry, Dr. Bottoms is the chairman of Third Millenium Test Solutions, has served on the faculty of Princeton University, and earned a Ph.D. in Solid State from Tulane University.
The Poster Session starts at 12:00 on the exhibit floor. Complimentary lunch will be served.
